4.3. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused transcription hours.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including:

• Using the Service in a way that poses security risks.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Verbatim shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees you have paid in the past 12 months.
